This small hotel is very nice and good value for the money. The renovations have retained the character of the old building and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is substantial and very good, especially the chocolate filled croissants. The dining room is very old world and charming. A bonus was the Tuesday market which was directly across the street from the hotel. Don't miss this market! Bus and metro stops are close by and there are many restaurants in the general area of the hotel. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Niice Hotel

This hotel is located in the Marais district. I read that it's supposedly an up and coming district of Paris....must still be up and coming. The room was great and spacious compared to our hotel in Amsterdam. The lobby and breakfast rooms were quaint but the hallways needed an update in terms of remodeling--they didn't match eveything else. For the money it was a good value. It's not very well marked with signs like you would see in the US. The staff were nice.

Good Value For Money

we had 2 rooms in the 4th floor. Good heating and windows that can open to the street for air when needed Very freindly staff, clean, rooms a bit small but ok! bathroom good, could have better ventilation! Location not bad if you use Metro - by taxi it is a bit off. Overall good value for money - staff is knowledgable and friendly.

wonderful hotel

Would absolutely recommend this hotel. It offers large clean modern charming quiet rooms. Very nice staff. Excellent value for the money. Have stayed here a few times--always pleased with it. Great market Tuesday on the boulevard right out front.
