Most definitely would recommend. The hotels location, on the main road, in the centre of Batu Ferringhi is perfect for those getting a little older or with younger families. The night markets are at the hotel's door, with plenty of restaurants, the food courts, maccas and KFC easy walking distance. The hotel consists of two buildings, one on the beachside and a hillside tower across the road, connected by an overhead walkway. Our room in the Tower had two double beds, a balcony, and a separate bath and shower. There is free Wifi in all rooms, with three computers and a printer ,also free, in the lobby. The GM invited us to a Cocktail Party where we had entertainment, food and drinks, and had the opportunity to meet the Hotels senior staff, who were excellent, and learn of future improvement plans. Great value, we've already booked again for this year.

The environment there is good, the swimming pool is nice, my child loved it!
Hotel comes with complimentary breakfast, however I personally think that there are still rooms to be improved. Everything was good, except the food. :) But who needs to eat in the hotel when there are delicious food outside in Penang?

friendly stuff did everything for our Honeymoon

good location close to KFC & Mcdonalds

a good value for money ...

Yes, sure will recommed to others.
What i like most is the pool connected to the beach and it is more likely a private beach. It just the choice of food during breakfast is limited.

We had a great time at the Bay View Beach Resort. This being our third stay at this hotel, we have not been disappointed yet, from the friendliness of the staff to the pricing for what you get, is excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to any would be visitor to Penang.

Our first room was a Superior room and wasunacceptable in cleanliness and decoration. behind the bahroom door was revolting. BUT we were upgraded at no cost to an Executive deluxe room which was very good. The staff were friendly and most helpful. Breakfast was superb.

If you want to be close to the pubs & clubs its great its just around the corner, its walking distance if you know your way to Komtar shopping complex. We didn't recieve a very good room when first checking in, we had a double bed but it was two singles pushed together. My husband spoke to them and said thats not what we paid for and they kindly gave us another room a day later without fuss. Second room was fine, king bed overlooking the pool. I didn't really like the breakfast but they did serve fresh roti canai which was great. One thing that annoys me is non-smoking rooms and floors still smell of stale smoke which wasn't good. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again simply because we preferred the Gurney end of the island. Staff are all great and helpful though.
