Apparently in the midst of a slow renovation. LOUD AC units. Small pool with short 9-9 hours. Hot tub/jacuzzi was more of a luke warm tub with no pressure @ jets. Weak all you can eat buffet with selection limited, AT 11AM, they remove all the food, no matter how many customers have only just sat down. The waitress did give us a full free all-you-can eat for the next day, and we arrived early. On top of the solid lock down, they start every morning with a group of gospel singers - amplified, right at the line for the buffet. When a clerk was asking random stay survey, the singers announced they were turning up the volume for the next song (from already too loud). She did get a new Remote. The shower is small, curtain mounted too far in. Room was ok. Next stay = much cheaper!!!!

I would not recommend this hotel. We were given double beds instead of king. We also felt it was run down and not very clean. The hall ways and elevator smelled badly. Also, the complimentary breakfast required that you buy the drinks first and even then you did not receive everything on the breakfast bar unless you paid more. We chose to just not eat there.

The hotel was pretty old. Customer service didn't know what they were doing. They even had me down booked twice for the same night! They were somewhat rude too and didn't want to deal with me. The hotel looks nice on the outside but very old inside the rooms. Also the free breakfast wasn't even free. You either had a choice of gravy and biscuits or pancakes for free. You did have to purchase a drink and leave a tip which isn't really free! They tempt you with other things in the buffet to get you to buy the full buffet. Best place we have stayed at up there in Pigeon Forge so far is the Shular Inn.

we had a very good stay at the motel. the room was clean the beds were confy we had a room with the water view.we will stay again..would recommend to others..the price was reasonable for the holiday weekend..
