Reviews of Blue Key Hotel Prague

Nice hotel in a very good location near Charles Bridge and Castle. Medival surrounding streets. Straight walk across Charles bridge in to the historic center. We got upgraded to a suit winthout asking but being at the front was noisey in the mornings with the trams. Good breakfast with a fry at the weekends. Staff a bit off hand. You have to pay for the jacuzzi.
The hotel will organise pick up from and to the airport by taxi - around £15 - would stay there again.

Staff varied but not overly friendly (Dismissed out of hand my request for a courtyard room due to expected noise from trams)
Rooms at front are noisy with trams going by, so would not recommend if a light sleeper, or alternatively demand a courtyard room (which did me no good!)
Breakfast was very good
Location was very good, 2 mins from Charles Bridge, on the quieter side
Rooms were better than expected, nice bathrooms, though the bed was only ok.
We got a good deal of 4 nights for the price of 3, so was good value for money.

The hotel location was good, its not right in the centre but within walking distance. You can hear the trams rattling a little, however I am a heavy sleeper and this did not affect me. The room/suite was kept clean. I was expecting a higher standard as it was classed as 4*, I would have given it a 3*. For example I would have expected a larger bathroom with a bath in it rather than just a shower, although the shower was very powerful. The service was average and breakfast average. I am intending to go back to Prague however I would try a different hotel.

Nice hotel, just off the busy area. Rooms were decorated and furnished good. Hotel staff were helpful and pleasant. Nice and peacful at night, ideal for a good nights rest.

Hotel looked disappointing from the outside however inside the staff were friendly with nice clean rooms. Plenty to eat at breakfeast but did run short of coffee at times. Position of Hotel and price paid excellent would recommend to others.
