Marvellous hotel in a central location

Very satisfied with the Charles Hotel,in fact I would give it top marks for friendly,personal service,cleanliness,excellent central position close to the Charles Bridge and efficiency of the staff. We received a friendly welcome on arrival and throughout our short stay the reception staff were keen to be of assistance.The continental style buffet breakfast was fine and although it was situated in the basement with no windows we soon got accustomed to that.It was definitely good value for money.
The only slight fault was the shower in our room,which was a hand shower and we would have preferred a wall mounted shower but that may have been peculiar to our room.I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody wishing to stay in Prague.
