Room was lovely, though faced the street outside, which meant it was very noisy. However, we used some earplugs, and it was not a problem. Very clean, which we appreciated! The food was excellent in the cafe and restaurant. One receptionist, the one who were there the first two nights/evenings of our stay was very little helpful, and appeared to think guests were an inconvenience! The daytime girl was lovely though, and was happy to help! All in all, a wonderful hotel, and great location!

The accommodation was in a great location, although sometimes noisy because of the nearby re-cycling area. The hotel room was clean and well presented. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast was disappointing, limited to fruit, bread and more bread! The hotel restaurants get extremely busy so booking is essential but don't rely on the menu in the room because it's out of date.
