Yes I will recommend this hotel to others. We have stayed at the hotel 2 times before.

Good breakfast, clean, good service, silent.
The location of this hotel is very good
The bed are too hard for persons with bad hipsters and back.

It was very good value for money.

Our expectations were met.

We would certainly recommend this hotel to others. We were particularly impressed by the breakfast every morning: so much choice and such good quality! It was very good value for the money. The only thing not so good was the sight from the fifth floor: the windows were too high; and temperature regulation was a little difficult. The people at the frontdesk were very helpful and friendly. Distance to the centre is a 15 minute walk along the river (or tram 17).

Close to the buzz of old town Prague but in a quiet street away from noisy crowds. Also not too far from train station. A beautiful building, very pleasant breakfast and friendly,helpful staff.

The tram stop is right in front of the hotel, making it very easy to get into the city. It is within 15 min waling to Prague castle. You can have a night walk easily to see lovely castle at night.. You can also take a 15-min to Charles bridge or just take a tram go down. We usually walk down and take the tram back to the hotel. The breakfast in the hotel is impressively great. It is all-you-can-eat buffet with a variety of food.

Nice and very clean hotel. Close to transportation and sights.
Friendly and helpsome service.
My room 401 under the roof was very hot during night after strong sunshine during daytime and a lazy aircon. Music from nightclub until 4 a clock demanded earplugs.

The hotel is in a great place- a minute walk from the Palladium shoping center and a tram and metro station, and a few minutes work from all historical sites.
The romm itself was very clean and comfortable.
Great value for money.

Рекомендую этот отель всем, кому интересна аутентичность и старина: здание 14 века, расписные потолки 17 века, антикварная мебель. Если для вас открывающиеся двери старинных шкафов -лишнее доказательство их подлинности, а не источник постоянного раздражения, вам здесь понравится. Важно: отель в тихой улчке, но реально в самом центре. Два поворота за угол - и вы на Народном проспекте, где расположено пол-путеводителя, Один поворот за угол и 500 метров - и вы на Вацлавской площади у музея. Через дорогу от отеля - остановка трамвая 22, который провезет вас практически по всем достопримечательностм, даже к воротам Пражского града. При этом в отеле wi-fi в номерах. теплые полы в ванной.
В феврале соотношение цена/качество отличное. Завтраки есть, хотя несколько однообразны. Персонал очень доброжелателен, многие говорят по-русски.

Very conveniently situated, friendly staff.
But somehow not a five star hotel as advertised.
Do not look for a luxury there...
Sauna was half broken.
Value for money is still very good , so I definetly recommend
unless you look for something fancy.

Very good value for money, only 15 minutes walk from the Old Town. Difficult to find from the train station if walking due to a confluence of main roads but it is possible (don't get a taxi from the train station, very expensive for a <5 minute journey).

Excellent hotel in a great location in Prague. Staff were very helpful in aspects beyond the hotel (i.e. recommending local restaurants, helping with concert tickets, change for the Metro and taxi cab procurement). The restaurant was also excellent and the included breakfast exceeded our expectations (bacon, sausages, fresh orange juice, crepes etc.). The room was quiet, clean and spacious. Complimentary use of an Internet PC rounded out a great hotel.

I don't recommend this hotel.They lie about sauna and swiming pool. it is not for free!!! You have to pay for this!
Breakest are poor, worst than in cheap hostel.
This is 3 stars hotel , not more for me.. For this money you can find something better.

Very good value for money, great location, and very clean. Stylishly decorated and very comfortable beds. Possibly could of done with spare pillows. Only negative comment I had was the lack of a proper shower. We had a very deep bath only with a shower attachment, this meant sitting in the bath for a shower. Due to an injury it made it difficult for me.Had we been staying longer I would of ask for a change of room. I should of checked this out before. On the whole geat place to stay and have already given information to friends of ours.

I would recommend the Popelka to others. It was about fifteen minutes out of town - a five minute walk to the tram stop and then ten minutes on the tram. We didn't find this a problem.
The hotel itself was very clean and the staff friendly. It was basic in a way, perhaps not what we would call a three-star in England. The room was a reasonable size and the bathroom more than big enough.
Breakfast was a buffet which I was very impressed with. Plenty of choice and lots to choose from. I certainly wasn't hungry afterwards!
One thing we did miss were tea and coffee making facilities in our room. There was a mini-bar and you could buy drinks at reception.
Overall we were happy with the hotel and enjoyed our stay there.
