The apartments are centrally located within a well-maintained complex that lies just across the road from the local sandy beach. It is 1 km to the centre of Puerto del Carmen and links to the public transport network can easily be reached on foot. A diverse range of shops and entertainment venues as well as restaurants, bars and nightclubs to be found in the near vicinity. Transfer to the airport takes about 15 minutes.
In the outdoor complex there is a swimming pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use and a poolside snack bar. The nearest golf course is approximately 3 km away.
