Had a great stop over here, convenient for the city & the local falls.
Appeared lively & wondered about the noise as our balconly overlooked the indoor pool, but it was lights out at 10.
Good value for money.

I've booked three standard rooms for us and my friends. We were pleasanly surprised to see that our rooms had balconies to the pool area.
The rooms were clean, and had very nice decor. Bathrooms were excellent - clean and spacious.
Couple of things would improve the hotel to excellent status - in-room safe and refrigerator. During both days of our stay ice machines did not work and I had to get the ice from the restaurant. Although we've seen housekeeping staff few times during our stay, they never smiled or returned our greetings. However, those could be cultural differences we are not aware of.
Overall I would stay in the hotel again when we are in Quebec.

We stayed on closing weekend of the Summer Festival and happy with our choice of the hotel. Friendly staff and clean rooms, very reasonable rates and just 4 minutes highway drive from Rue St-Jean gates. Will book again next year.

The Hotel Ambassadeur is a full-service hotel with well appointed rooms, restaurant, conference and banquet facilities, and indoor pool. The nicest feature is the very large atrium, which resembles a tropical garden, within which is a delightful indoor pool. Rooms are nicely furnished, though the bathtub has a rather odd shape (it narrows considerably toward the back, making a tight fit for someone who would rather take a bath than a shower). The hotel's location in Beauport is probably the reason for its reasonable rates, even though it is only about a five minute drive to the historic city. Incidentally, the hotel seems to be a favorite with bus drivers!

This hotel is 5 minutes from the Old Quebec by car. We had a nice clean and quiet room with cofee maker and TV. This hotel has indoor swimming pool and free parking. We would recommend it to others!
