Only a bus away from downtown, staff is super friendly and helpful and the hotel is really clean.

Loews Concorde - Québec City

I would highly recommend the Loews Concorde. Its location is gréât, close to where the action is and yet quiet. I little on the expensive side, but if you don't want spent time getting to place, it is the place to book

The room we stayed in was spatious and comfortable.Furnishings were simple yet the room had a cozy feel. However,the thermostat was broken so we could not adjust the temperature. There was no indoor pool or jacuzzi or spa. The front desk personnel was couteous. To go downtown quebec there is shuttle from the hotel and public transportation is awful so it was necessary to go by car and then driving through the festival site was a hassle.Overall,a nice and affordable place to stay.

Had a great stop over here, convenient for the city & the local falls.
Appeared lively & wondered about the noise as our balconly overlooked the indoor pool, but it was lights out at 10.
Good value for money.

My wife and I were very impressed since the check in! The hotel is awesome! The service is very good! The swimming pool is amazing! We loved the restaurant service! The attendants were always very kind and have always a smile to attend you! The rooms were spacious and the view to the saint roch church was great!!! I recommend it!!

Although it was alittle out of the way from Old Quebec City, I was pleased with the friendliness of staff and the quiet,clean atmosphere. Free, secure parking was an added bonus.

We booked our visit to Quebec to see the old city and its history to find ourselves in the middle of a major music festival. Location was great for both!! Hot breakfast (CAN$ 12.50/person) was good value as no local coffee shop.
French staff helpful to English speakers

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Frontenac for 3 nights over xmas. SO ROMANTIC! Le Cochon Dingue (The Crazy Pig in English) was the best breakfast I have EVER had...eggs benedict was fantastic. There are carriage rides around the city, and carolers in the square!

The Frontenac was stunning, and decorated beautifully! The room we was ok. I think we both ecpected more for the price that is charged which is without breaky, however we werent in it much. Our TV didnt work, but we never wanted to watch it anyway, there was no fan in the bathroom which was located beside the door which ppl could see in from the hall and the closet door would not open all the way as the bed was so close to it. We didnt care about the issues as the pros outweighed the cons. You pay for the experience!

Hotel Acadia is well located on quaint street within the old city. The hotel itself is a good value with spacious rooms, though the rooms do lack some of the decor/amenities of of certain pricier alternatives. Hot tub / spa is a definite plus. "Free" breakfast coupon for a local restaurant around the corner was also a good addition.
Overall, met my expectations and would recommend to other traveleres looking for a reasonably priced place to stay, especially if you plan on getting out and about to explore the city / region.

This auberge was good value for money. We had 3 people staying in the room, and it was spacious enough for this. The fair trade, organic foods and drinks were very impressive at breakfast time. The location was good because it was my 2nd visit to Quebec. A first time visitor may not like climbing the stairs to the old town. It was more central to the business area.
My expectations were met with this auberge.

Hotel is nice. Its old like every building in Old Quebec but it was clean and the staff were helpfull. A little pricey but every hotel in Quebec is. Has a fridge and an oven too, although I can't verify that the oven works because we did not use it. I would stay here again.

The Manoir is in a great location - central to everything in the old city. The rooms very roomy, clean and well maintained. One of the strongest features is the staff who were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying there and certainly would do so again when in Quebec.

Perhaps because it was during Carnaval the price for the room was high for what we got. When we asked if we could check out after the 12 noon checkout time in order to attend Sunday morning church services across the street we were told yes; but when we checked out at 12:15 we were chastised. Unless the breakfast is included in the price you pay for the room, don't have breakfast in the dining room as it is not worth the price charged--especially as there are so many wonderful places to eat in Quebec. We have stayed at far better hotels in Quebec for less.

Good place to stay for a reasonable price, with very clean and modern rooms, easy access in and out - both to the city and to the highway. I would stay here again!

The hotel was great. Clean, nice rooms, good customer service, good location.
They would extend the pool hours by a 1/2hr if there were people at the pool who wanted to stay longer.

Attention:
The is no parking at the hotel. You either have to pay
18$/day for valet parking (must request your car 1/2hr in advance as they have to get it from parking lots 10min. away from hotel) or you have to walk between 10-20 minutes to park your car in pay per day city parking lots.

There are no available stairs for customer. You have to take one of 2 elevators which can sometimes be slow if it is really busy.
