Good value, hospitable and attentive staff. Not luxurious, but comfortable rooms.

Amazing location right in shopping and boutique area. Room was very, very small, but clean and modern. Staff is stand-offish but efficient enough. Nice, if standard, breakfast buffet. No hotel parking, but wasn't too difficult to park on the streets (metered).

My room (507) had a spectacular view of the harbor and glacier. Free internet access. Wonderful filling breakfast--they call it continental--I call it full buffet. Very helpful and friendly staff. Easy walking distance to everything you'd want to see. Airport bus drops and picks up at the door--as do all the tour buses. In a very expensive town, this was a real bargain. I'm staying there again on my next visit.

The staff were very helpful but not overbearing; the decor is tasteful; location is excellent: the breakfast buffet quite nice. It was a good value, though we were there during the off-season and so prices were greatly reduced. We were very pleased with the Hotel Klopp overall, and would reccomend it to others.

Very nice, centrally located, good value for the $. I would recommend it to others, especially because there are 3 other affiliated hotels.
