Classy and comfortable at Sandman Signature

Relatively close to the airport and convenient; the decor is wonderful, the room was comfortable and the bed was amazing. A very classy establishment. I gave it only 4 stars because: 1. The hotel is not a partner with any frequent flyer or American hotel chain; for a business traveler, it's hard to choose a place one can't accrue points or miles. I am surprised they haven't figured this out yet. 2. My request for a refrigerator in the room was noted on the record, I was assured I'd get one, but it wasn't there when I checked in and never did come over my 2 night stay despite several calls to front desk and housekeeping and assurance I'd get it in the morning. My food spoiled. This is unacceptable.

We loved the hotel Sandman Signature

My expectations were met. The room was comfortable, clean, nice. I would highly recommend it. It was a good value for the money we paid. The only suggestion I would give is to have a coffee shop in the lobby, with some fruit, different kind of coffees, yogurt, and not just some complimentary coffee.

Loved the pool at the Sandman

Everything was great. They gave us the rooms we recommended with out any hesitation. The pool was really fun too, the kids loved it. The only problem we found is there was no room service, my husband had to go out to pick it up. I thought that was tedious. I think that all hotels should have room service! Especially ones near airports. We just want to relax and settle in before departing for a flight (especially when it's an international flight) and having to go out to pick up an order wasn't very relaxing!

sandman signature great for families

the rooms were really nice, the bed was GREAT! the only problem with the room was that there were no safes for locking up valuables. the amenities at the hotel, gym, indoor pool, tennis courts, out door pool were really nice. The real problem with the hotel is if you do not have a car, it is not near anything. Even with the airport shuttle which was not on time, there is not much to do if you do not have a car.
