Hilton Paris Charles De Gaulle Airport

J' ai choisi cet hotel à cause de sa proximité au terminal 1 car je repartais en avion le lendemain matin. Le Hilton Charles de Gaule est à coté de la station RER du terminal 1 à environ 30 minutes de train de Paris (station Étoile). La chambre que nous avions était meublée de deux lits jumeaux. Elle était spacieuse et totalement insonorisée. Malgré la proximité des pistes, on n'entend pas les avions. Les matelas et oreillers sont confortables. La piscine de l'hotel est accessible 24hr/24. Très pratique lorsque l'on arrive tard. Le petit déjeuner est copieux avec une variété de plats disponibles. Je recommande cet hôtel qui est d'un très bon niveau de confort. Il peux être un bon choix même pour ceux qui visitent Paris car l'accès y est facile avec le RER. L'hotel est plus confortable et mieux insonorisé que des hotels de prix comparable à Paris.

If leaving from Term A or B, Hilton best location.
Bus every 15 min and it's less than 5 minute drive.
Hotel is just fine.

This is a great choice for that last night before a morning flight from Paris. The Skoosh price makes it a great value. The rooms are large by city standards and the acoustic insulation is good.

I had to return a rental car and got real personal assistance from the hotel staff. Rather than trying to explain the tangle of roads that led to the drop off office, a staff member piloted me there in a hotel car and then waited for me to complete the paperwork and drove me back to the hotel.

I also like the dinner buffet deal where you can choose an option that is just the appetizers with unlimited returns. The selections are artful, tasty and plentiful.

The CDG Hilton was outstanding. The room was huge and well appointed with granite bath, etc. Further, it was perhaps the quietest room I've ever encountered. Although its one of the closest hotels to CDG, and although the airport shuttle is dedicated (not shared with other hotels), we still waited for the van and for drop-offs at a few locations at the terminal. Allow 20-25 min. One final note about Skoosh - I was skeptical of booking from abroad because of the low rate, but I found the Skoosh staff to communicate well via email and everything to be just as stated. They earned my trust.

Upon arrival I asked where the fitness centers was (as advertised on the website) and was told there was no gym, but that they have a pool across the street. I later walked across the street and found a public pool! Add to this a dinner reservation for an overpriced tourist trap restaurant, charging 11 EURO for a beer in the hotel bar (come on, it wasn't nearly nice enough to get away with this), and a rather uninspiring room. The Mercure Hotel is literally next door ... when I am in the area again for business, I might consider checking it out since it probably costs less, and the service can't be any worse.
