Not a 4-star hotel

Liked the location of this hotel. As other reviewers had mentioned, this is not a 4-star hotel by american standards. Breakfast became boring after the first day. Hotel staffs were helpful.

This hotel was steps away from the train station. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We paid a few extra dollars to stay there, but it was worth the money. The rooms are small, but it is perfect for a stay of 3-4 days. The bathrooms are nice and very clean. I would go back to this hotel again if I were ever in Rome.

Clean efficient room

Decent breakfast selection, nice bed and quiet room. Good location to Rome's main train station and Metro system. Staff was helpful and spoke good English.

It was very centrally located.

Review by: Janet , West Bromwich, United Kingdom

The Hotel bathrooms were refurbished and were luxurious. The room was comfortable but small and on the ground floor with a balcony. The room was very hot but we were unable to open the door as men were working in the apartments opposite and anyone could walk in from other rooms on the ground floor. We complained about this and they said they would send someone to do something but nothing was done. We did not even get a fan.

The breakfast was varied but the bacon was floating in Olive Oil and the boiled eggs were often stone cold. Apart from this the food was acceptable.

The reception was very helpful and the service was very good.

Would stay there again but request a higher floor. Good variety of restaurants nearby too.
