The foyer gives a good first impression. The staff are very attentive on the whole but little things do irritate e.g. houskeeping having forgotten to provide a filter facility (on both our stays at this hotel) it is disappointing not to find any coffee available upon waking in the morning. One other point is that Wendy Tu in the cafe/breakfast room can be rather rude with her dictatorial/unfriendly attitude which rather detracted from the overall standard. All other staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming.

Simply can not fault this Hotel. Stayed there twice at the start and at the end of a trip up to Yellowstone. Both times the service from the Hotel was excellent. First room we had was enormous, the second was smaller but was still a really good size. The rooms had everything, were clean and well maintained. We were on a room only basis but the food was reasonable priced in the Hotel and drinks weren't to bad either (by Hotel standards). Hotel location is also excellent for the central part of SLC to see the sights, do some shopping as well as bars and restaurants.

I would recommend the Little America to anyone. The rooms are great and large, the staff is attentive and the location is right in the middle of Salt Lake City. For our ski trip, it was great to be able to get to the mountains quickly during the day and enjoy the benefits of being in a city at night. My expectations were met and the hotel was an exceptional value for what we paid.

Knew nothing about this hotel when we booked. Beds were comfortable, room was quiet. nly complaint is that it was a little stuffy. The air conditioners are behind a heavy curtain, so at night it doesn't flow well. Close to a lot of downtown attractions.
