Check-in was easy room was very clean for that matter the entire hotel was very clean. Shuttle to Union Square was on time and convenient. Would stay there again.

nicely decorated rooms, bathroom large and clean, small lobby and location a little uneasy walking to at night. Great room service breakfast each morning. Staff very helpful and friendly. For the price paid, we feel we this was a very good buy and would recommend noting it was in a part of town that needed some attention at night.

Very nice hotel. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Not that close to most of the action of SF but free shuttle to downtown is great. Would stay here again.
