The staff at the Triton was above and beyond. The location of the hotel was perfect. In front of the Chinatown Gates, a block from Union Square and great shopping and restaurants every where you turn. All hotel rooms in SF are small and this was no exception, however it was within our expectation. There was however on issue that should be noted. There was a very very musty moldy smell on both the floor when you got off the elevator and in the room. We kept the air conditioner on to mask the odor. We asked for a candle but they sprayed some deodorizer in the room that was worse that original smell. However, we were just not in the room long enough for it matter that much.

Room was small (think european style), but hotel was very cool and in a great section of town. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only ripoff was $6 for 15 minutes of internet usage downstairs (wifi in the rooms i believe is free).
