This was a very nice hotel with excellent customer service. The rooms were a little small, but very nice and comfortable. The fitness room was way too small for the hotel size - we consistenting had to wait for equipment.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was very quiet and the hotel itself was quiet. The elevators are slow, but the atmosphere is overall charming.

Excellent location, beautiful appointments. Be aware though that the parking I found steep at 30USD a night but I would assume that usual in downtown Seattle I guess.

Beautifull hotel at a splendid location in downtown Seattle. The room was nice and clean and big enough for European standards. Maybe a bit small for American standards, the same goes for the bathroom. The breakfast in the restaurant is recommendable!
