Basic clean and friendly hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff and a nice basic cafeteria and bar.
The rooms were clean. The bed was not too comfortable and could use more pillows but it was not terrible.
The location is perfect because it is on a quiet residential street in Los Remedios, yet minutes away from Plaza Espana and the Cathedral as well as the bars in Triana.
Its a good place to stay for someone who is not looking for luxury but has outgrown hostels.

Well situated and within easy walking distance of most sights.
Comfortable and quiet.
Staff were very helpful and amiable.
Parking in the underground garage is very tight and you will probably need a member of staff to help -tip!
Garage costs another 10.70 per night
Good bar on corner of street. Wonderful fresh orange juice. Opens at 7.30 am for breakfast.
