Good location for Airport bus

Yes although it might be worthwhile paying for larger room if staying for a longer time. Handy location for the airport bus drop off, and location also suited our reason for being in Stockholm. Some distance from the centre if just a holiday break. Reasonable value for money in an expensive city for accommodation. Yes expectations generally met.

I stayed in 2 Elite hotels whilst in Sweden: this one and the newly renovated Elite Park Avenue in Gothenburg. The Palace does not compare favourably with it's new sister hotel. It is clean, the service excellent, but there is no internet access in the rooms and the furnishings could do with a facelift.

Based on European star ratings, I'd say it met the 4 stars. Included a bar, although we did not visit and they had non-smoking rooms that were quite nice (again by European standards) - even roomy almost! Had one of the biggest and most complete breakfasts I've ever seen. Best part is that the Arlanda/Stockholm bus drops you off just meters from the hotel and only 1 block away for the return. Hotel is about a half hour walk away from city center or approximately 3-4 metro stops away. Convenient, quiet, and the best price to be had at the time for a very expensive Stockholm...

The hotel was in a very good location, 7-8 mins walk to the nearest underground station, and not too far to actually walk to the city. The rooms were very spacious and the inclusive breakfast had such an extensive choice. Definite recommendation!
