Размещались в отеле семьей, дети 11 и 16 лет. Для семьи очень приемлемая стоимость номера. Замечательный отель, отличный завтрак, есть парковка. До центра Стокгольма не более 5-6 минут езды. Остались очень довольны.

personnel control the people in the room one time in the evening and one time in the early morning. I think that it's okay you can control people in the room at night, but do not knock on the door at. before 0700. I like bad with it.

We stayed for two nights, and got a pleasant room , with comfortable beds, and a resently upgraded bathroom. Our room had a facade facing a quiet street, so there where no problem leaving the windows open at night. The hairdryer did not work, but we got a spare one from a wery service minded staff member. I will say that all staff members at the hotel was very polite and willing to give the best service we could hope for! The only thing I would question, is the four stars. I would say it is a good three star hotel.

It was a very tasteful room, and the hotel is close to some nice restaurants (like hard rock café).

It will take you 10-15 minutes of walk to get to the shopping streets.

However, the queen side bed is actually two single beds together, so you fall into the crack in the middle at night.

Not in a very central place but definately a great choice to a very expensive city! The staff always kind and helpful, the breakfast buffe was more than i expected!! (it had also caviar!!!)... Room was big enough and clean, and the bathroom temperature was very hot! i would definately recommend it to all!!!

Hotel was well located for our trip, close to metro for access to city centre etc.
We stayed in a standard room which is pretty basic with very limited wardrobe storage, ok if you want to live out of suitcase.
We only used restaurant for inclusive breakfast which was of a good standard with all tastes covered.
All staff were very helpfull & polite.

Got one night free, stayed for 3 nights. Very nice staff, great breakfast and free coffee and juice all day. Got a nice room with a kitchenette, rooms were clean and quite big.

Would recommend this hotel to any one who wants a hotel for close embarkation to your cruise ship. The hotel is right opposite the cruise terminals-only took us 4 minutes to walk with our luggage to our ship. Free internet and wonderful harbour views equaled very good value.

Our expectations were exceeded as I had read some negative reviews of the Ariadne.

The hotel itself was pretty good with nice staff, good breakfast and live music in the bar.

I think the bathroom was too small and it was not that easy to get in and out of the shower which was in the bathtub.

Anyway, I had a great stay and it was a 10 minute walk to Gamla Stan and right on top of one of the metro stations.

The room was extremely small for two people. As I had a twin room to myself, it was acceptable, but for two it would have been claustrophobic. Fortunately I didn't spend much time in my room except for sleeping.

Toilet and shower were quite far down the hallway and it was disconcerting that the person sitting in the reception area had a full view of the corridor to the shower/ toilet, especially as the receptionist was often male!

Was surprised that there was a tv in the rrom, especially as the facilities were so basic, but this was a welcome touch. NO MIRROR in the room though.

The room was more or less clean - beds were clean, although there was a dirty rug on the floor. Showers were a little dirty.

For the price though (£50 for 2 nights), it was what I was expecting.

The grandeur

The Grand Hotel's location is a 30 minute ride from Stockholm. However the train is immediately (150 meters) outside the hotel's front door. The train ride into Stockholm was very interesting. Stockholm is an incredible city to see, in part because we stayed at the Grand Hotel.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I was really impressed with the size of the room, the quality of the furniture and the decor. Having a kitchenette and a laundry facility really help when traveling a lot. The breakfast was excellent and relaxing in the sauna was an added bonus. Thank you for exceeding my expectations, it made my New Year's that much more memorable!

Park Inn Solna is located within the shopping mall Solna Centrum. The shops close around 7pm on weekdays (5 pm on weekends) but there is a supermarket that is open until 9pm where you can buy light meals, fruits etc. Don´t expect to have dinner at Flamengo (the hotel´s restaurant) - they only offer an expensive 3 course set menu. The breakfast buffet is however nice and well worthwhile to enjoy. McDonalds is at the mall but closes at 7pm. The rooms are clean and nice, quite and comfortable. Clean towels every day (if you remember to throw the old ones on the bathroom floor before the cleaning lady comes). Only about 10 min walk to Solna Station to go to Stockholm´s city centre (only one stop between Solna Station and the station in the centre). Overall - a nice hotel, well recommended but plan dinner ahead :)
