Tallinn has a stunning old town, and the St. Petersbourg hotel is in the absolute perfect location (right off the main square in the center of it all, but without all of the noise). The staff is friendly, wireless internet is free and fast, and the minibars are better than most. There is no elevator, although the hotel is only four stories total. Also, no room service after 11pm.

Breakfast is lacking.Although they have a list to choose hot dishes,it is not satisfactory.
