The hotel offers 110 antique-furnished and cosy rooms across 4 floors of the building. A historical atmosphere pervades the hotel. Plenty of pseudo-gothic details are used and many of the ornaments pertain to this era. Dark shades of warm colours emphasise the original and idiosyncratic nature of the building, and natural stone, dark wood, patterned textiles and wrought iron play a dominant role among the various materials used. The lights are in historical style with ironwork, handmade glass and textile shades. Service includes a 24-hour reception, hotel safe (with charge), air-conditioned restaurant, conference room, wireless Internet access (with charge) and room and laundry services. The hotel is in the centre of Tallinn, with museums, restaurants, bars and nightclubs all within easy walking distance. Tallinn International Airport is about 5 km away. 1. Yes, I can recommend it. 2. Old-fashioned style of the hotel was great. The bad thing was that our room toilet floor drain became unpleasant smell. Also room had been left without finishing work such as lists of missing, otherwise it was good. 3. Yes 4. Quite well

Beautiful hotel in Old Town

We really liked St. Olav!

We would gladly recommend it to others. The location was perfect, at walking distance to all parts of Old Town. Nice setting. Very old building but new hotel. Modern rooms with good standard. Maybe recommendable to avoid rooms on the first floor as hardly any views from the windows. Good value foor money and our expectations were met. Very good breakfast in elegant rooms. We stayed an extra night!

This place is for queens and kings!

We stayed for 4 nights in March 2012. The hotel was quiet, though located central, close to the main square of the Old Town of Tallinn. The interior is in beautiful old style. Breakfast was very good. All service was good. The staying in the hotel was excellent and so was the price. We would like to come again and we recommend it to others.

perfect place to stay in oldtown

Clean and cosy.Good service and the best breakfast ever in a hotel. I will come back again and again.The atmosphere in hotel was just as we hoped. All the oldthings taken care of and it still look clean and fresh
