Excellent value for the money. I was upgraded to a deluxe room with a fireplace and kitchenette. Bedding was very nice with double sheeting over a down comforter. I was somewhat disappointed that the front desk is closed from 11PM to 7AM. Also, all of the rooms have outside entrances, which I do not prefer.

Nice hotel, but the area was not what I expected. I am sure that there is more to do during the winter than in the spring/summer. At the time there was a lot of construction/renovations to the village since the warmer weather is when you can do that. Besides the lack of ambience, the grocery store had a stale smell. Not very pleasing. If you want to get away from the hussle of the city of Jackson, then this place is decent.

I would highly recommend it. All expectations were exceeded. Its clean, well appointed, and the rooms are cozy.

We had a great stay--room actually upgraded to a loft suite with a king and two queens when we had booked a room with two queens. Pool is small but well kept. Staff was helpful and courteous. In general, an excellent experience.
