Understandably this was their busiest week of year (TIFF, concert, hockey game) .... HOWEVER ... Got stuck in back of hotel in the smoking section(who knew these even existed these days). Room was not ready when we arrived at 5 or when we left at 6. Had to change for dinner in public restroom. Restitution = 1 complimentary drink at the bar. |

I have stayed here several times, and this was on par with all the other stays. Rooms are clean and reflect the charm of the old hotel. That said, F.R.Y. is old, so rooms are a bit dated, and sometimes quite small. |

Great property with old world charm and Canadian Pacific flair for elegance. |

It had three restaurants and a Library Bar, which was our favorite of its three restaurants. |
