We stayed 1 night in Kitchener, 1 night in Niagara and having a wonderful experience at those hotels, our standards were high by nights 3 and 4. The pool is adequate, but being right next to the front desk meant lots of people leering in to look at the pool area and its users. The looby and front area are very nicely decorated and the room was spacious. However the recent "remodel" basically consisted of a 2-star patchwork and repaint. There was mold on the caulk seams of the bathtub, hair in our ice bucket (luckily we didn't use any), and 2 rediculously slow and inconvenient elevators. The staff was pleasant and nice, however we were stuck to the third floor with very loud and obnoxious guests. popular=yes...worth even half what they charge=not a chance! Stay downtown...better then being surrounded by a horserace track, car lots, and lower income housing

I thought the hotel has its own airport shuttle bus, but they don't... I waited for the bus for an hour and a half, and bus driver from Sandman Signature came to me and asked if I was going to Comfort Hotel Airport North. If I was informed to take the shuttle bus of another hotel, I wouldn't wait for such a long time.
Anyways, the hotel was ok... but the internet shuted down for few of times.

I personally liked the hotel, it was very clean inside the room, and the room was to my expectations. The hotel itself had a musty smell in the hallways. Price was great and the front desk was speedy, I got my room key in 2 min after I arrived. There was also free parking and no bugs. I do recommend this hotel.
