This city business hotel offers guests elegance without pretension and it features some of the city's most luxurious guest rooms. It comprises a total of 380 rooms including 180 single rooms, spread over 32 floors in the main building and 1 floor in the annexe. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, lift access and newspaper stand. There is a bar and a restaurant as well as conference facilities at guests' disposal. Pearson Airport should take the Hwy 427 south to the Gardiner Expressway East towards downtown Toronto. Then exit for Yonge/Bay/York streets and follow the signs for York Street. After going through a short tunnel, bear left onto University Avenue and continue north to Bloor Street (University Avenue becomes Avenue Road here). The hotel is located 1 block north of Bloor Street on the right (the northeast corner of Avenue Road and Cumberland Street). The main entrance is only accessible from Cumberland Street.

four seasons toronto is caring and fun

an attractive staff jumps at the chance to help and serve. I was immediately upgraded to a suite high over toronto and was given extra help when the advance check-in on the lobby computer turned out to have a time limit that didn't work with the touchy screen. the only faults are the price of the excellent food, dated but clean furniture (what happened to the four seasons tasteful beige?) and the computer wall screen that enables anyone to view your credit card number when you are checking in for a flight. a lovely surprise at 6 am was the terrific homemade pastries and coffee in the lobby while waiting for a ride to the airport.

First Class all the Way!

This hotel lives up to its reputation. Front desk service - excellent. Rooms - a little dated but new hotel close to opening. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast and service - friendly and professional. The food was wonderful and served hot. Coffee top notch. I give the Four Seasons a 5 star rating and I hope to stay there again!

Ultimate service - wonderful space - even got an upgrade. Air conditioning not quite up to American standards
