This modern 209-room hotel offers a casual, cosy yet professional atmosphere. Fully air-conditioned, the lobby offers a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe and lift access. comfortable and convenient

1 of 1 people found the following review helpful — The room was clean and in good repair, and at least average in size, beds very comfortable, and met expectations. Very convenient to the subway station and to University of Toronto, the ROM and Bata museums, also to good reasonable restaurants in the Annex and Yorkdale. The Skoosh price was better than other sites.

No where to sit at The Holiday Inn

I usually dont review hotels but i felt i had to for this occasion. The location was good, the price was reasonable however the service was lacking. I booked the room on buisness and ensured there was a desk/chair in the room for work. When i arrive, there was a small "desk" and no Chair. No problem, i called to ask for a chair and was told "there are no chairs, sorry." A bit shocked, i argued and basically demanded a chair. I ended up getting a strange non-adjustable type chair you sit in in a doctors office waiting room or something. All they did for me was give me 1 free day of parking (i was there for 3). I just found the whole situation odd and a bit shocking and certainly wouldnt stay there again because of the service on the phone regarding such a simple hotel issue.
