The staff at the Hyatt Regency is incredible, they're always so happy to help and willing to answer any questions.
For the proximity to everything downtown, the quality of the rooms and the price, this hotel can't be beat. I stay there a few times a year and am completely happy every time.

I have stayed here a few times because of the location. The hotel is ok. I normally have no great praise or criticism.
I was disappointed that the television in our room did not work properly and we had to call to have it fixed 5 times. Ultimately, they were never able to fix it. They told us the manager would call us about this issue, but the manager never contacted us.

Not Recommended. No free breakfast. No free wifi in rooms. Those are simple staples every hotel MUST have. The pool is outdoor, so being in canada...obviously only in use 4 months out of the year. We had to move rooms THREE times. There was a hair in our bed, then when they brought us new sheets, they were WET. They moved us to a new room & the TV did not work. The workout locker room was out of towels, toilet paper, and paper towel. Every time we needed something, it took them about 30 mins to get it. Parking was $30 a day, which they waived for us because of the problems. Then when we were leaving, we had a $65 parking ticket! Which they also obviously waived for us (after waiting in line for 20 mins.) Everything about this staff was amateur, except for Allan. Allan was awesome.

My 2 friends and myself loved staying at the Hyatt Regency. It's clean and the staff are exceptional. It was especially nice that their security was top notch for New Years. I was very impressed!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency Toronto On King, Toronto. The hotel is centrally located, with a nice roof top pool with view to the CN tower. The hotel is close to many restaurants and bars. On the down side, the toilets at the ground level bar was not well cleaned, and more serious following a fire alarm one night, where all hotel guests was evacuated to the street, there was no subsequent information as to the reason for the fire alarm when hotel guests was eventualy let into the hotel again.
