The Indigo Toronto Airport Hotel is a hidden gem

I stayed at this hotel for one night and had a very enjoyable experience. The staff member who worked in the restaurant/lounge was friendly, helpful and able to get a meal for me after the kitchen had closed. The room I stayed in had been renovated and had a beautiful new bathroom. There was lots of parking for those of us who had rental cars but I think there was an airport shuttle bus as well. I would recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there myself in the future. It is amazing value at less than $100 CDN/night.

Indigo had a wonderfully accommodating staff

The staff at this hotel was very good. Housekeeping was attentive when asked for extra towels, the beds were comfortable, the room a nice size. I booked Indigo because it offered a 24 hour airport shuttle service. I flew into Pearson after 2 am and called for the shuttle. I was informed by front desk that the shuttle driver had gone home for the night and one would not be available unil after 4 am. I had informed the hotel of my extremely late check-in with the notes section of my booking information. I was tired and was not willing to wait for another hour to get a shuttle. The front desk agent compensated me for the cost of a taxi $20.00 after presenting a receipt and was extremely thankful for this courtesy. I would also like to say that the breakfast (french toast) was out of this world!

Indigo Toronto Airport Hotel

Yes Room was a good size, but the wooden floors had scuff marks that made the floor look dirty. Toiletries were very nice quality. Very good value for the money. Pillows were feather, which we prefer. Yes. A very good quality hotel.

Be an Air Traffic Controller

The Indigo Hotel is in a great airport location with easy access to major highways. The rooms are clean and modern, but the public spaces and some amenities lacked quality and were outdated. The hotel's restaurant and cafe is fine for simple meals. I would give the Indigo a 7 out of 10. It would be easy for them to make-up the 3 points by paying attention to a few items.
