Charming but beware of extras

This is a beautiful hotel with amazing bed, bathroom, decor. However, what annoys me about such hotels is the way they seek to make money on things which are inclusive in less expensive hotels, namely wifi ($19 for 48hours) and breakfast.

I visit Toronto every year and each year i like to try a new hotel in the heart of the city to ensure maximum enjoyment and minimize any commute. This was the first time i stayed at the Intercon and I give it an enthusiastic 2 thumbs up. I asked for a city view room and was overjoyed when the room overlooked the royal music academy and the ROM. The excellent service begins with the friendly door staff, and continues with the wonderful front desk staff and the very helpful concierge team. The location is in the heart of Yorkville and surrounded by so much to do and see. The hotel may be a little pricier but you wonâ€™t be disappointed. Even the checkout was quick and simple. Didnâ€™t require anything except dropping off the final room invoice in a drop off box in the lobby

We thoroughly enjoyed the Toronto Yorkville Intercontinental

Would definately recommend this hotel, excellent location, staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms excellent and very clean. The pool and gym were a bonus. Our expectations were met, very good value for money would stay there again.

we were very impressed with the Intercontinental toronto

location super, service of front desk and bellman also great Rooms very comftable and cleanliness was first class . We did not have any meals at the hotel so no comments. We did miss our plane and arrived a day late but the hotel would not or could not extend our stay for the lost night unfortunatly, overall we would return
