This newly renovated, 258-room city hotel offers its guests a charming, residential ambience. Guests are welcomed into the lobby of the air-conditioned hotel by a 24-hour reception and check-out service, and here they may also make use of the currency exchange facilities, hotel safe, cloakroom and lift access to the rooms. Additional communal spaces include the bar and restaurant. Services available include a newspaper stand, a hairdressing salon, room service and a laundry service, as well as concierge services, in-room dining, and wireless Internet access (for a fee). The business centre has two high-speed, Internet-equipped computer work stations (surcharges apply) and offers fax, printing, copying, and secretarial services. On-site and valet parking is available for a surcharge. This deluxe property is located in Downtown Toronto's fashionable and upscale Yorkville district, which features a wealth of art galleries, shops, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. The hotel is also only minutes from the business, shopping and entertainment districts. Centrally located, this hotel is steps away from Toronto's key attractions including the Royal Ontario Museum, Air Canada Centre, Bloor Yorkville shopping district, Eaton Centre, CN Tower, Art Gallery of Ontario, theatres, Science Centre and Rogers Centre. Pearson International Airport is roughly 26 kilometres away. The hotel has a sauna and an on-site gym, and massages can also be arranged. The Matisse Restaurant and Bar on-site is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A daily buffet breakfast is served, while lunch and dinner are served à la carte or from a set menu. From Toronto's Pearson International Airport, take 427 south to QEW. Exit at Jarvis Street and proceed north. Go west along Bloor Street (turn left). The hotel is located on the right hand side.

The Marriott on Bloor was fantastic.

The hotel was really nice and our room was very spacious. Three of us stayed in the room and did not feel cramped at all. The location is perfect, it's really central and in a perfect shopping location. Also the subway entrance is right next to the hotel which was ideal.

Great Location for Shoppers & Tourists

We stayed her ein February 2013 and found it to be better than we expected. The location inside a major shopping complex was both convenient and appealing and the proximity to major attractions like the ROM and direct public transit access was excellent. I recommend parking in the public lot overnight as it is $15 cheaper than valet (same entrance).

Definitely would recommend to others; one of the best parts is the location; close to shops and resturants and connected to the underground walkways; staff is friendly and helpful; outstanding value for the location and quality of the room.

Outstanding location in downtown Toronto!

This is an excellent hotel in the heart of the shopping district of Toronto. Because it is in Yorkville, there are a wealth of high end shops and restaurants in walking distance. It was a great value and certainly exceeded expectations with access to workout room, easy internet access, business center and underground shopping. It is right on the subway line so travel to other parts of the city is very easy. I highly recommend it to others.
