1 of 1 people found the following review helpful — The location is very central and convenient for those who need to be in downtown for business; Starbacks and Tim are just across the street, you can find some good spots to eat around (a bit high in price though). Lobby is a weird mix of bar, reception, and store. Common corridors were stinky, but room itself and service were OK. Don't know, maybe the upper floors are better (I was on 13th).

One King West good value

1 of 1 people found the following review helpful — We spent the weekend and found the hotel staff, rooms and restaurant food very good. The hotel is centrally located in the downtown area to restaurants, the waterfront, museums and concert halls. We would stay there again.

1 of 1 people found the following review helpful — I got a great room on the 40th floor with a wonderful south view of Toronto and islands. room was huge and even had a small wood stove like gas heater. Staff was great but billing for three days was three seperate reservations and had to re-key room cards a couple of times. great location and classy place - incredible value expectations exceeded

Great location and excellent service

The hotel combines old style luxury with modernity. The hotel is conveniently located to all major attractions, the subway and the underground PATH walk. We were close to the market and a number of excellent restaurants. We will be back.
