This hotel was fine - nothing particularly special. I was disappointed that although I booked a 1-bed King/Queen room on the skoosh website, we were given a 2-bed Queen upon check-in.
Beds were otherwise comfy, room was clean. Bathroom a bit dated, as were the public areas. Seemed to be lots of stains on the carpet in the hallway (despite being "newly renovated" during the summer of 2008). Parking was overly expensive ($22/day plus tax), considering we could park around the
The one good thing about the hotel was the location - 20 minutes by foot to Eaton Centre, 30 minutes to Queen West and 15 minutes to Church/Wellesley area.

On arrival at reception I was a little dismayed as the receptionist made little eye contact and was quite official. However the remainder of the hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was cleaned every day with beds made, fresh coffee and tea supplied with fresh towels on request. In the room ( junior suite) were a fridge, micro wave, coffee maker and two TV's one in the bedroom . We took only one meal in the hotel, as we like to try different places to eat, but this meal was very well presented, enjoyable and at a reasonable price. Staff were again very helpful. The hotel pool was very good and towels could be picked up at reception. Overall we were very pleased with the standard of accommodation, staff and facilities. Very good value for money and I would not hesitate to stay at the Ramada Plaza

I really liked the hotel (Ramada Toronto, 300 Jarvis St.). It was more than I was expecting! The room was more of a suite, with a sitting room with a couch, microwave, fridge and a TV. The bedroom, while rather small, had a luxurious, comfy king bed and a flat panel TV. The bathroom was pretty small, but it was clean (as was the rest of the suite) and everything worked properly. I was raining when we arrived, so we opted for the hotel restaurant for dinner, rather than walking and the food, service and prices were all very good. The fitness room was quite large. The pool (also small and rather shallow) needs to have the walls cleaned. There was moss on the tile. I was very pleased with the hotel and the price I paid through your company. I will definitely keep Skoosh in mind for the future.
