We arrived and were given a great room overlooking the water. The staff was very helpful and even provided us with a free pass to the aquarium. The bed are very comfortable. I would recommend the restaurant next store . This hotel is a great value thanks to your site . We would definitely return for the great views and service.

The hotel was further from the Ship dock than I thought, but it was well worth the taxi ride. I didn't know the Westin's were non smoking only hotels, so I was dissappointed at first ($200.CAN fine). Don't eat in the hotel, it's very expensive and there is good cheap food right across the street. The view was spectacular and the staff was great, especially the concierge who hooked us up with great places to eat and party. FANTASTIC BED!!! They have a great jewelry store in the lobby (as long as they don't have computer problems). They recently refurbished the hotel. I question some of the room design choices. There was no bathtub, only half a shower door, and no bathroom heater. Then the sliding bathroom door got stuck. I still enjoyed myself, I was on vacation, but I would like them to improve a little for next time.

Got a GREAT deal on Skoosh. Hotel is in the ABSOLUTE BEST spot in Vancouver. Less than 10 minutes walk from the centre of downtown, and 5 minutes walk from Robson street. See the seaplanes take off and land every few minutes.

We were upgraded to a harbour view room. Staff were so nice. Had a newly refurbished room with large LCD TV.

We'll most definitely stay there again, without a doubt!!
