Overall great hotel, fantastic service, great lobby, nice amenities. Location was fantastic. Only weakness is that the rooms themselves are nice, but not spectacular, the decor is a little dated, and there are no flat screen TV's. Otherwise would highly recommend. |

Overall it was fine. The room was a good size and comfortable. Didn't have Wi-Fi without paying for it. Its location to sights was good. It was a good value because we got a discount through Skoosh. Had we paid full price, I think I would have tried the Hotel Vancouver one block away which has more charm and amenities. The Four Seasons is not world class or out of this world luxurious but certainly acceptable and better than your average hotel. I expected a little bit more. No chocolates on your pillow but you can get complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning if you are so inclined. I am somewhat satisfied since the last hotels I recently stayed in were the Peninsula in Hong Kong and the Waldorf -Astoria so I am also somewhat spoiled. |

Great location, the hotel was beautiful. Location was difficult to find by car, it a little off of Georgia, which can be kind of misleading. Parking was $26/day which considering the astronomical prices for everything else in Vancouver, wasn't that bad. The valet were very helpful. All great Vancouver destinations are in walking distance. Close to Gastown, Chinatown, Robson Street and it's a short hike to the ferry to take the ride across to Granville Island. The pool and hot tub were great, but it was strange that the exercise area surrounded the pool, so relaxing dips in the hot tub were met with the pounding of a treadmill. Except one unpleasant front desk clerk when checking in, the service was excellent. All staff is trained to be very helpful and they consistently ask, "is there anything else I can do for you." |

The Four Seasons lived up to our expectations- excellent service and amenities. The hotel upgraded our stay to a suite- what a treat! |
