The Accent has a good airport pick up and return. The room is fair for the cost. However when the bus from the airport unloaded we spent about 45 minutes waiting to check in, not pretty at 11 PM. Also the credit card security is severly out of compliance with standards of business. They insist on having a copy of your credit card, even if you have already paid for the room. BE CAREFULL and ask for the credit card print out to be returned to you at the end of your stay, the print out has ALL of the numbers and expiration printed out, so any one could pull it and use it.

We arrived at 9.00 am returning from Mexico, not expecting to have a room ready, but we checked it out anyway. The front desk found us a room, so we could unload all our luggage. We were impressed. we have recommended this hotel to several of our friends, who have used it as well and agreed with us. Our expectations were definitely exceeded on this particular stay. We will continue using this hotel on our trips to Vancouver as well as stopovers to other places.

The service at reception was great, the rooms were clean and quiet. Finding the hotel itself late at night, in the rain, and unfamiliar with the area, we spent over half an hour driving around before we found it. Additionally, it was hard to find a parking spot. Nonetheless I would recommend it to others.

Shuttle from the South Terminal was great nice QUIETspot close to lots of restaurants in Dichmond.

Went for breakfast at the Cucumber restaurant attached to the Sandman was grand especially for those young ones 55+ eggs benny for $6.95.

I JUST LOVE A BARGAIN

The Accent Inn was good value for our stop over on the route to YVR airport. We had efficient shuttle service included that was available 24hrs. The hottub was good and service friendly. You hear the jets but certainly comfortable and clean! On my 'remember that place' list!
