The rooms were small but very clean. The location was excellent and the staff was very nice. A great place for those on a budget.

The hotel is nicely located on Robson Street, but it's situated just above a bar that play loud music, so if you're facing the street don't expect a quiet before closing time.

The rooms aren't well laid out. The hotel says maximum is 2 persons but some rooms can fit 2 doubles. It does become complicated as the rooms have unevenly spaced dividing walls, so one room is massive and the other tiny.

Bathrooms could do with some renovation as well.

A great value for a centrally located hotel in a big city. The room was a bit small and slightly shabby, but it was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Since I don't spend my travel time hanging around in a hotel room, who cares. Restaurants up and down the street. On bus line. Courteous staff. Located midway between Stanley Park and down town. Close to all.

Good hotel with a great location...right in the heart of vancouver downtown....The room was small but it was clean, well maintained and cozy....The A/C was not working properly but did not need it anyways....overall a nice deal for the price you pay...will recommend it for sure...

We were told that there was no elevator because the facility is a walk-up. Staff was very helpful with luggage. Bedding was a litte worn. The West End and Stanley Park are in Walking distance. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.
