Hotel was nicely situated for city walking. Good cafes/restraunts nearby on Davie St. Lobby area nicely done in contemporary style. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean but needs updating. Bathroom tub obviously clean but not inviting due to worn enamel...looked dirty. Kitchenette clean and handy for longer stay. Good value for money but don't expect luxury feeling.

Convenient downtown location; very friendly & competent staff. Nice, modern lobby; large rooms; furnishings were motel grade but adequate & comfortable. Be sure to request a room that has been remodeled. Nice views from the higher floors. Would recommend as a good value (not a luxury hotel). Would stay here again for business.
