Customer Rating:

yes, if you dont want toexpend much money in a expensive city like vancouver. very well located, parking available.
anyway, the furniture was very old fashioned., and the hotel lobby was always empty, like if nobody was checking it
the view from my room was also nice

Customer Rating:

The reservation desk clerk was the rudest person I have ever met... I have stayed here three times, and never encountered this before... I have written the hotel management about this.... everyday, I had to buy another Internet Card which only lasts 24 hours. This was so inconvenient..
..
but
I would stay there again because of the location..

Two things that I wasn't impressed with

1) The fitness room and sauna is incredibly outdated.

2) Breakfast was not included but i thought on your original email that it was.

Customer Rating:

Would really recomment! We ended up on the 34th floor with a beautiful view of both English Bay and Stanley Park. We went for a hockey game - easy (and cheap) for the taxi, and we were able to walk back after the game - it was close enough.

We just had two double beds, basic room - and the down duvets were absolutely the best! It even came with a mini fridge!!!

Staff were helpful, friendly and courteous.
