On the plus side, the rooms were nice, there were seprare living and bed rooms, with flat screen TVs in each. But the TV in the bedroom didn't work.

No gym. $11 a day for a pass to the YWCA next door.

Room service menu is sparse.

The room felt a little cramped - not much open space or surface spaces. All the tables and counters were taken up with lamps and a wide expensive array of upsells, like snacks and so forth.

For the location and the overall experience, it was decent for the money.

very good location for the downtown area. was in vancouver for a Dental conference and suited my needs perfectly. Close to the seafront. Went for a run along the seafront all the way into Stanley park.
The staff were very helpful. its not te cheapest hoetl aout ther but price is for room and can sleep 4 people, two in king size bed and two on sofa bed.

Of course we'd recommend it! The room was nice, and a big shower!! We got and exceptional deal online and it was all because of the reviews that we initially decided to try this particular hotel. We loved the easy acess to everything around..starbucks, great food downstairs, and shopping. Hotel employees were very nice and accomodating. We definately plan on a return soon.

It's located within a short walking distance to all the main downtown Vancouver attractions, the customer service is excellent, and the room was perfect! Great value for the money!

This is a very lovely hotel with a wonderful staff. Rooms are 2 room suites. Some may be fairly large, but ours was a little on the small side. But no problem. You don't go to Vancouver to stay in a hotel room!

The suite was very nicely decorated. There are 2 large screen TVs and Aveda products in the bathroom.

Hotel is near Robson and closer to the financial district. There are many wonderful restaurants near by in all price ranges. And a lot of shopping. Would definitely stay here again. Two rooms is great value for the money. One can stay up, the other can sleep.

The only thing I didn't like was paying $23 (Cdn) for daily parking. But unfortunetly you can't get away from this anymore if you if you drive.
