Located on trendy Robson Street, in downtown Vancouver, the hotel inspired decor reflects a fun, hip refreshing attitude towards hospitality. With the hotel's highly personalized service for both the business and leisure traveler alike, the hotel provides a unique yet comfortable environment in the heart of Vancouver's shopping district. Other extras offered are: business service, concierge service, valet service, Starbucks coffee service, shoeshine service spa services and catering services. The hotel hosts a complimentary evening Wine reception for guests to gather, acquaint and refresh. It's the treat that tops off the host of other surprises you'll encounter throughout the hotel. This is nightly between 5 & 6 pm. Complimentary access to the Health Club: Yoga program, two workout rooms, Bath Bloomers Aromatherapy, 55-ft. indoor swimming pool. Spa. It is an all-suite hotel housed in twin 20-story towers. Large lobby, custom-glass artwork, multi-colored handblown glass light fixtures, suspended fireplace and honey-colored wood walls greet you when you walk in the lobby. Showcase items include the Murano glass chandelier, the handmade glass mosaic registration desk to the custom designed 20th century furnishing that pay homage to Noguchi & Eames. The spacious One Bedroom Suite is about 535 square feet and includes a living room, dining area for four, kitchenette and a generous separate bedroom with either a King or Queen size bed and flat screen TV. All One Bedroom Suites have super-comfy new queen size sofa beds in the living room with extra goose-down duvets and pillows. All living rooms have televisions with pay per view movies and video games, and a writing desk with 2-line dataports and high speed internet . Westcoast Cuisine with a Global Flare. The restaurant and lounge showcases stylishly presented dishes from around the world in the form of small plates and entrees. The bar offers fashionable cocktails, colourful martinis and a variety of wines by the glass. The location, of course, is on Robson Street, downtown Vancouver's trendy shopping district. The restaurant and lounge offers a highly social style of dining - perfect for group get-togethers, even better for intimate dinner dates. 1 km to the nearest beach, 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station (skytrain), 2 kms to city centre, 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, 21 kms to the nearest airport (vancouver), 4 km to the nearest fair site (vancouver trade and convention), 7 km to the nearest station (pacific central station).

We found the Pacific Palisades friendly and clean

Great location for restaurants along Robson and a nice walk to Stanley Park. The front desk personnel were friendly and accommodating. Pool was gorgeous and popular. We brought along our dog and she was welcomed the entire time. We ended up getting a screaming deal on the hotel. My only complaint was the hidden parking charges. Nothing was said upfront and another guest was told her parking was included so we assumed ours was as well. Not worth throwing a fit about but left a sour taste when we left. Otherwise As all around!

Great hotel in in the heart of Robson

We stayed at the Pacific Palisades the first weekend of 2010. We got a great deal and were very happy with the size and cleanliness of the room. we had a great view of Robson below and were walking distance to just about everything we wanted to see in Vancouver. I will definitely look to stay here again the next time I am in Vancouver.

Easy walking to shopping and restaurants

Enjoyed having a separate bedroom from living area. Quiet room. In need of some upgrading, but clean.

We highly recommend this conveniently-located hotel! For our family with a school-age daughter and a dog, the cheerfully decorated room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The carpet was clean and there were a lot of storage space. The room were so well-insulated that we did not hear any plumbing noise from the neighbors. The fridge and tray in the room that were loaded with over-priced drinks and snacks were a bit too much, so we hid them from our daughter right away. The bathrobes, morning coffee/tea station, and late afternoon wine tasting were a nice touch. Most of all, we thoroughly enjoyed and made a full use of the pool & fitness room. We thought $25/ a night parking fee was a bit high, but over all, this hotel was the best value for the money among the 4 hotels we've stayed in the neighborhood over the years.

Brillaint stay at the Pacific Palisades

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking about staying there. Apart from the fact that Skoosh offered the cheapest rate for this hotel when booking online, it was the best location possible we could ahve stayed in while in Vancouver. Ideally located on Robson street, it was a prime location for shopping and eating out!! The service was very impressive , and all the staff were very friendly and helpful!! Excellent value for money, and we will definitly be staying there again on our next trip to Vancouver.
