This is a green hotel, 100% non-smoking. It offers a perfect blend of both business and leisure amenities. It is known as one of Vancouver's wedding hotels and offers meeting facilities with 1, 675 m² of flexible meeting space. It contains 429 rooms and 8 suites offering all the services of a world-class hotel, including 2 concierge floors with access to private lounge, upgraded amenities, turndown service. This air-conditioned city hotel, which is ideal for conferences, offers impressive views of Coal Harbour and the North Shore Mountains. The inviting lobby houses a 24-hour reception with a lift, a safe, a currency exchange, a café, a bar and a restaurant. Furthermore, there are conference facilities to take advantage of as well as Internet access with WLAN. This family-friendly hotel is located directly beside the port and near the cruise liner dock. Historic Gastown, the Robson Street shopping area, and beautiful Stanley Park can be easily reached on foot. It is only around 5 minutes to bars, restaurants, a bus stop and there is a train station about 10 minutes away by car. There is a heated indoor swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, a sauna, and a solarium within the hotel complex. Various massage treatments are also available. The hotel offers various water sports such as motor boating, sailing, catamaran sailing, rowing, and canoeing. Additional sports options include tennis, table tennis, squash, basketball, handball, beach volleyball, and billiards. From Vancouver Airport: exit at Grant McConachie Way to Arthur Laing Bridge and onto Granville Street, entering the city. Follow over Granville Street Bridge to Seymour Street exit, to Seymour Street, then left on West Hastings Street. The hotel is on the right.

Great location Vancouver hotel, great hotel

Went to Vancouver for a conference, booked hotel myself, not the conference rate, better rate through Skoosh.com. Great location, near Stanley park, lots of restaurants and near all the great neighborhoods. Hotel was helpful with finding dinner reservations and things to do. Hotel staff were friendly. I am planning on returning to this hotel in the summer. All my expectations were met.

the location is good, 3 blocks from the water front station, we got a room facing the harbor airport. the elevator is a bit noisy during night.

great location-the Vancouver Harbourside

we loved being able to walk everywhere from the hotel. We explored every inch of the city. Stayed one week...the lobby was being renovated but everyone very helpful etc. Room was good. Comfortable bed etc. The only weird thing is in the bathroom there is nowhere to hang your towels... we hung them over the shower rod but didnt really dry them out when we tried to be green and not need towels every day. Oh well..all in all stay was good and we enjoyed vancouver.Skoosh was GREAT and we got a great deal on our room. I would book through Skoosh again and marriott is pretty reliable.

A nice place to stay in Vancouver

We were given a room with partial view of the bay. There was construction across from our room window, but it wasn't very disruptive. Room was spacious and very modern. Area around the hotel is beautiful and clean... closed to everything, Stanley Park, Robson street, SeaBus, Revolving Restaurant, Gas Town. Would recommend for anyone visiting Vancouver.
