walking distance to city centre, very safe, good area (university area), room good size and clean. Staff were polite and spoke english.

convenient location with friendly staff , and cheap fresh room quite comfortable if you like a hard bed . no problem getting to & from attractions & tube station & trams.

Staff of the hotel are very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is excellent.

I would recommend this hotel. It was about 20mins walk from the ringstrasse. The hotel was quite modern and very clean. The Breakfast was excellent, much variety. The only complaint I would have would be the reception staff. Their English was not great and when asked simple questions as to where to eat locally and where the nearest tourist attractions were etc not very helful.
