Found no fault with the hotel really. Plenty of attractions within a five minutes' walk. I have read other visitors' complaints about the street being lackluster (so what? - you only cross the street /if you know the shortcut/ to reach the subway which takes you to Stephanplatz in less than five minutes) and about the breakfast (was more than enough for us). The rooms are squeaky clean, the staff helpful and welcoming, and the location is great. Vienna's smallest house, pedestrian alleys with cafes, shops galore, the flea / food market (reachable quickly via another shortcut - through the arch at Mariahilferstrasse 6) are all there. The starting point of one of the world's most spectacular promenades (from the Museums Quaters to Stephansdom) is also a just few minutes away. Would not hesitate to stay there again.
