The all-inclusive resort offers a wide range of amenities and outstanding value for family getaways, singles or couples, weddings and honeymoons. On offer are a total of 254 rooms, of which 38 are suites, spread across two four-storey wings. On request it is possible to book rooms with connecting doors, and each wing also houses premium rooms with outstanding sea views on the respective fourth floor. The air-conditioned building also features a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, a currency exchange facility, a safe, a small supermarket, a hairdresser, a bar, a nightclub, a theatre, a restaurant and a conference room. In some areas of the hotel, it is possible to make use of the wireless Internet connection (charges apply). Guests may also take advantage of the room and laundry services (additional fees apply), while younger guests may let off steam in the kids' club or the playground. Those arriving by car may make use of the parking facilities.

The resort is home to a variety of activities, whether for those who choose to participate with a group or explore on their own, there's something for everyone. For some, tanning and toning go hand in hand, and the gym offers a wide variety of Cybex equipment along with free weights and aerobic classes. Sports enthusiasts can play tennis on one of four courts or make use of the full-sized basketball courts. It is also possible to try windsurfing at the nearby Reef Kite and Windsurf Centre (payable locally). Additionally, the hotel boasts its own water park with one open and one enclosed chute plus a lazy river. An entertainment programme (also for children) is offered as added amusement - CocoLand has its own water play feature for children. Just beyond the open-air lobby is the free-form activities pool, where guests can enjoy pool volleyball, water aerobics, and more. Overlooking the ocean is an additional free-form pool with cascading waterfalls and a swim-up bar. Sun loungers and cabana beds are laid out available for use on the sandy beach. It is possible to sit around in submerged tables and chairs or push up to the bar for some tropical libations. An intimate adults-only quiet pool with its own bar is located near the spa, overlooking the ocean. This tropical oasis is the perfect place for relaxing to the sounds of the ocean. For additional fees, guests may further enjoy an excellent range of treatments at the ocean-side Kai Mer Spa.
Guests may serve themselves from the buffets at breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is possible to book a full board or all-inclusive stay. The hotel has an Italian restaurant which required reservation. Reservations can be made at the front desk of the resort.
