This hotel has been completely refurbished but still retains its old world/old center charm. Located in the uptown area of the old city, nearly everything is within walking distance. The staff are attentive and very helpful. |

We had 2 bookings at the Ramada from 29th June to 2 nd july which was excellent - we were given an upgraded room at no extra cost - however we had a further night on 5th july one night only and the room was appalling |

This was my second visit to this hotel, but I was slightly dissappointed this time. The quality of the room was not as good with problems with the air conditioning, and the blinds for the skylights. This latter problem was most annoying as the sun rose through the skylights at about 5 in the morning and awoke you. The staff we very helpful and tried to rectify the problem, as a room change was not possible. The room was also a lot smaller than my previous room but the ammenities were still very good. All in all I would re-visit but just not to room 303. |

The hotel was impeccably kept, with great facilities, and very good sized and kept rooms. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The only down point was the breakfast which was only just adequate, if possible i would eat at many of the nearby local resturants for a better start to the day. |

Rooms on small side. Location good and furnishing good. Breakfast nothing special. Newer and better hotels now exist in Vilnius - e.g. Novotel (very good). |
