This hotel has been completely refurbished but still retains its old world/old center charm. Located in the uptown area of the old city, nearly everything is within walking distance. The staff are attentive and very helpful.

We had 2 bookings at the Ramada from 29th June to 2 nd july which was excellent - we were given an upgraded room at no extra cost - however we had a further night on 5th july one night only and the room was appalling
We should have complained to the hotel but it is difficult when you are part of a large party and exhausted by travelling
The room had skylights and no covers so that when we woke up at 4am we thought it was time to get up with day light streaming in. The room was very small, I'm not sure if the bed was full size and also they had squeeezed a chair instead of a bedside table because the room was so small. They should not use it as bedroom and we should have really complained

This was my second visit to this hotel, but I was slightly dissappointed this time. The quality of the room was not as good with problems with the air conditioning, and the blinds for the skylights. This latter problem was most annoying as the sun rose through the skylights at about 5 in the morning and awoke you. The staff we very helpful and tried to rectify the problem, as a room change was not possible. The room was also a lot smaller than my previous room but the ammenities were still very good. All in all I would re-visit but just not to room 303.

The hotel was impeccably kept, with great facilities, and very good sized and kept rooms. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The only down point was the breakfast which was only just adequate, if possible i would eat at many of the nearby local resturants for a better start to the day.

Rooms on small side. Location good and furnishing good. Breakfast nothing special. Newer and better hotels now exist in Vilnius - e.g. Novotel (very good).

Modern hotel but with some charater in an older building, very friendly helpful staff, good buffet breakfast - but why oh why did we end up with the smallest room in the hotel when teh hotel was far from full? is that what happens when you book through Skoosh? overall a good hotel at a reasonable price - just make sure you don't get room 323!

Very nice hotel, centrally located in the old Town. Room was nothing special, but anyway clean with a fair bathroom. Breakfast buffet was good, receiption staff nice and helpsome. Everyone at the staff side tryed to do their best making a good time for us.

The only thing i pull a little minus for, are the prices for food and drinks at the hotel. It was heavy overpriced comapring to the rest of Vilnius.

All in all, highly recommanded.

A gem of a hotel located in what seems to be the centre of the Old Town, so close to all the best attractions and within walking distance to bars and restaurants. Very beautiful interior and welcomming staff. The single room has all the neccessary requirements, with a flat screen TV and DVD player (DVD's 3 Euro). Very comfortable stay and would return again.

The Ramada has an excellent location, within the old town and a short walk to the city square. The hotel is new, well maintained and very clean. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, but with only one reception desk you may be in for a long wait if you check in or out at the wrong time. Nonetheless I would recommend the hotel to visitors to Vilnius.
