Staff upon check in was unfriendly, did not welcome me to the hotel, and went through the movements to check me in as if they were robots. |

I would recommend this hotel. The location is great and very convenience. The hop on hop off bus pick and drop in front of this hotel. A lot of nice restaurant around the blocks. |

The hotel has tradition and elegance. The lobby is beautiful. It is the most expensive hotel that I have ever used, but it was ok because I was in Washington D.C. for a special family event. I was happy to splurge. |

Nice hotel, very good service, nice room -- but not well prepared for the marathon weekend. Room service was overwhelmed with early morning breakfast requests... |

The hotel is walking distance to most tourist attractions. The metro stop is very convenient. I really liked the cucumber water, though one evening it had run out. The room was big, and provided some privacy for a family. Some of the staff were not as responsive as I would like. It took me three calls to get a fourth bath towel the first evening. However, it appeared that they were training some staff, so maybe that was the problem. Overall, it was fine. |
