The Hotel was not fancy but clean . It is two blocks from vaness Metro Stop. the staff were very nice and friendly.

+ Good Value & Convenient. Clean. Good security.
- Not that well maintained: Missing light bulbs, Toilet flusher blocked by tank lid, Sink drain had to be pulled open, etc. Nothing that serious for the money.

The first room I was in had little flying gnats, a broken shower head and the cable was out. I complained, and was given a new room, which was fine. The desk service was fine. The room (once I moved) was fine.

The rooms are very comfortable, large and clean. The area is quiet and accessible to the Washington Metro. The hotel does not have a pool or a workout room, but I use hotels for sleeping, not as a resort (which this isn't). I found the staff friendly and helpful.

Sink was stopped up, had to pay for parking, no breakfast like other days inn's, in room coffee was very weak, otherwise acceptable.
